I’m eager to read about the wave of transgender people raping people. But I’m sure Barber has plenty of stories about that happening. He sees transgender people the way he sees gay people as cartoon characters, a stereotype. He really thinks every transgender person is a living walking personification of Buffalo Bill from the Silence of the Lambs.

I think the idea is that it won’t be actual transgender people, but rather guys will just pretend so they can go in and watch women showering. I predict this will happen a few times and they’d be slapped down hard and with any luck, humiliated.
Since guys do sneak in to women’s restrooms/showers now, this won’t be a huge difference.
