True, but the projected rainfall here is roughly in the same ballpark as what we got with the last Nor’Easter. And that flooded some of the streets close-by, but we stayed dry for the duration. Same for Isabel back in ‘03.

Only way I’m really worried about the rain is if we start losing shingles and spring a leak. In which case, Allstate is getting a call as soon as their local office opens back up.

If what happened after Irene in Puerto Rico is still true, expect a couple of days of heavy rains.
