OK I checked your links and I am satisfied that what I am making is typical for the industry here in MI, and I’m not making significantly less than my male co-workers.

I see that Sharepoint is a hot skill to have, I keep getting calls about it. They are offering $70/hr for Sharepoint developers in NYC and DC but I guess you’d need to make something like that just because of the COL in those places.
