Kind of like Godwin’s Law, where the first person to call the other a Nazi loses the debate? It seems to fit the pattern.

I think there should be a corollary to Godwin’s Law, where the first person to claim victimhood as Jesus loses the debate (like Pat Buchanan comparing Demjanjuk to Jesus).
