OK The article even says that Human Rights Watch said they didn’t find any evidence of incendiaries. If they did they would be one of the first to jump all over that.

Like I said, it’s not evidence…doctors talking about deep burns, shells the US marks as WP munitions, but no actual evidence…it’s okay. Plausible deniability is good enough for me.
