I’ve told my wife that if she ever has an injury accident while on the damn thing, I’m turning state’s evidence.

I make it a regular habit to ignore the cell phone while driving. Most of that is due to the fact that my current daily driver is a manual transmission, and thus requires the use of both hands when navigating through city traffic.
