First Amendment is for state/government action. There’s no state action. It’s private entities, in this case, the Great Neck Synagogue, which first extended and then revoked its invite to Geller.

Geller’s perfectly free to spew her hate in the public space, but private groups do not have to give her that opportunity.

But that kind of nuance and fact doesn’t fit her narrative, so she’s going to complain about being repressed for speaking her truth to power about Islamofascism.
