Luckily for me, despair is now an emotion I’m comfortable with.

That video shows why I never wanted to get into management. I tend to zero right in on problems and want to get them out of the way ASAP, and will take care of things myself, instead of putting up with hours of bullshit. I’ve been in dept meetings that were like that video and it was sheer hell and a huge waste of time.

You would not want me to be your manager. : )
