Yes, chemo is toxic, but without it she will probably die.My nephew had the same Non Hodgkins Lymphoma in his early 20s. Thankfully, after treatment he has been in full remission for over 15 years.
It was tough on him and the family, but I cant imagine any of us not fighting for him to do the treatment.
I’d leave the State.
NO one should force chemo on a person.
