The Bible is not science text or a biography or a history. It consists of a New and Old Testament.

A testament is a statement of faith. It contains facts and statements, but only those that serve to support one’s point of view on why one believes in something.

Until people learn this distinction they will continue to conflate faith with reason, science, history and objective observation.

The “testament” in NT and OT doesn’t refer to a statement of faith, but rather to a covenant (between God and humanity).
