I have found wingnuts to be terribly offended when you insult them or their heroes the way they insult Liberals. On hunting forum, I jokingly referred to Pres. Bush as ‘Chimpy McFlightsuit’, and was told ‘You’re better than that, respect the office if nothing else’, by the same people who, a few years later, seem to compete to call Pres. Obama by the most insulting, demeaning name.

No consistency, no introspection, no self-awareness.
