Are you sure? I’ve seen those renovations shows where Gators show up in swimming pools of homes they’re trying to reno.

In Oregon? I’d figure it was some family down the street, they drove down to Disneyland a couple of years ago, the father bought a baby gator for the kids from one of those sketchy roadside places and now it doesn’t fit in the bathtub any more and the cat’s gone missing and, well, the McMansion getting renovated a few doors down has a pool and there’s no-one there at night and… plop!
