My sil was a freshman at Kent State when that happened.

Do you mind if I ask how it affected her and what she felt about how it all happened?

What always amazed me was how many people I’ve come across who to this day believe those kids “had it coming to them” and no explaining some of the kids were just freaking students going to class changes their thinking.

I don’t even like to discuss it anymore because it has become so distorted.

I thought it important to post it as a reminder especially with the debate about free speech, etc.
