I’m not sure we should put them on the same spectrum.

I see a spectrum of consensual work initiated relationships from friends to flings to married etc.
Then I see a spectrum of workplace sexual based offenses ranging from verbal harassment, power manipulations, groping, rape etc. And on this spectrum, you get into criminality.

Yeah, we tend to see spectra as a single dimension, but like most things it’s more complex.
