I can’t see how cutting someone’s head off could be anything but premeditated.

You might shoot, stab, or club someone “in the heat of the moment,” but the idea that you could exert the effort required to saw their friggin’ head off without intending to do so is beyond belief.

With the proper sharp bladed sword, one swipe is all it takes. Same “passion of the moment” as shooting a gun, swinging a club or stabbing someone.

Not saying it WASN’T premeditated mind you.
