Absolutely, investigation of the complaint should have begun immediately. I’m aghast their HR office didn’t do one, even a small one. The facts would have been on record, then, and there would be no need for any guessing.

Will it be that much of a surprise that we will find out later that not having an investigation is not the truth? It’s just to ridiculous. Especially since there has been 2 complaints.
