Yeah, part of that Argument by Anecdote fallacy that plauges the wing nuts nowadays. Yeah, one person can scam the system…one person can scam corporations, too—-what does that mean for the system as a whole?

One “Welfare Queen” means the whole welfare system is riddled with fraud, but all the corporate fraudsters were Lone Wolves, like all the mass shooters.
