If we’re having Boomerang Troll, should we serve it with cheap beer that even Aussies won’t drink (i.e., the Foster’s oil cans) or a decent Australian wine to kill the taste?

I admit to liking the Yellowtail chardonnay, but I don’t say that too loudly, since I’m supposed to only drink California wines.
