Slow news week, and the media is doing their best to drum up an outrage.

It’s what they do.

I wouldn’t call it an ‘outrage’ but it would seem, from what I know, that Obama’s action today is somewhat dubious legally. I don’t see how he can change the rules for insurance plans unilaterally. The ACA is an act of Congress, not amendable by executive order.

Still, I’m not going to go off cannon-blasting on this one. Best to run it by Lawhawk the next time he’s around.
