In fact, now that I think about it, that was something O’Reilly harped on when he launched his ad hominem attack on Corn, that it was “so long ago” that he’d had to dig around in his dusty basement for documents from “33 years ago.” So yeah, now that he’s been pretty much exposed, he’ll go for arguing that the whole thing happened decades ago, nobody really cares about what happened, and the “liberal press” is only bringing it up to take attention off NBC.
