This case could bring up some interesting legal questions. Does the State have to prove heaven doesn’t exist to prove fraud? If the purchaser believes in heaven and wants to buy a reserved, guaranteed place at the front of the line, has he been scammed?

I think a good defense attorney could have some fun with this case.
