I presume he could answer E-mail with his cell phone. As for the school Website, I took a look at it. They have very little in the way of on-line lessons there.

If he has a computer in the school, I might suggest that perhaps it could come home for the duration? He’d have to get internet but if he has cable they can send a new modem/router and not need new wiring.
