I am really looking forward to the (safe) celebrations on Wednesday.

Four years in the making.

We’re planning an inauguration dinner.
Joe Biden’s favorite foods - pasta with red sauce, chicken pot pie, vanilla ice cream. Since Delaware is coastal, we’re going to have crab cakes (Dungeness because we’re in Kamala country), pasta, and ice cream for dessert.

I’ve got two live crab that my neighbor gave me this morning - going to boil them up now, re-steam what we’ll eat for dinner, then pick the rest so it’s ready to go into the crab cakes on Wednesday.
