The whole Drag Queen controversy goes back to the Fundamentalist notion that homosexuality is such an abomination that it cannot come from God: gays and transsexuals have to seduce and groom young, innocent and unsuspecting souls into their evil lifestyle by nefarious means.

They cannot begin to conceive of the notion of someone being “born that way”.

I guess its ok for a kids party to be “entertained” by someone dressed as a creepy ass male clown but not read to by someone dressed as a drag queen
