A friend of mine actually got me to start playing WoW. Honestly, I like it so far. The story is pretty good and the UI is pretty nice plus it seems like the devs listen to the players. Granted it’s only going to hold me over until the 40k MMO, Diablo III, or the second part of Starcraft II comes out but so far I am digging it.

Having been a former WoW player, I will say it was plenty of fun until I got tired of grinding through the umpteenth quest to go kill 50 whatevers.

I switched to DDO (Dungeons and Dragons online) and like it a lot better. Not so grindy, and lends itself better to pickup gaming where I found that being a solo was a lot harder in WoW.
