Is it the SAME secret cabal for all the presidents, or are there multiple cabals for different presidents. Do the cabals have any type of interlocking directorates, or are they truly separate and independent entities. And how do we know that there ISN’T a super secret cabal controlling the secret cabals they WANT you to not know about????

Actually it’s the same President. They just switch him into a new body every 4 or 8 years.
