B.) I’m pretty sure he kills people all the time. You can’t just choke motherfuckers out, destroy joints, break long bones and ribs without occasionally causing some poor bastard to throw a fatal embolus / thrombosis, have a heart attack, stroke out, develop pneumonia, etc.
