If you think Beto is “right leaning”, you’re part of the problem imo. This is a guy who has criticized the drug war and immigration policies much more harshly and effectively than I’d argue the candidates who are considered the “left” that is Sanders and Warren. It’s true. Beto isn’t as focused on economic inequality as they are but he’s not right leaning either. Sigh.

Unfortunately there is a contingent of Bernie supporters who are “my way or the highway” type of people who will do their best to guarantee Trump has another 4 years in office. They have no second thoughts about their role in 2016 and are eager to repeat it if their cult leader and Putin friend Bernie is not the nominee.
