Weather update:
Flood watches/warnings up for PA in to NJ and NYC metro. T-storm watches/warnings not up yet, but hazardous weather statement indicates that will be changing as the afternoon progresses.

Severe weather alerts are up in West Virginia. Another band of storms is lighting up across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri - watches/warnings are already up and more will come as the afternoon heats up. Flash flood warnings for parts of OK.
