I’ve been seeing the IT’S A CONSPIRACY TO PUNISH THE UK FOR LEAVING THE EU AND DETER OTHERS FROM TRYING TO LEAVE AS WELL get mentioned too.

How can the EU punish Britain if they’ve left the EU — where’s the power to do such?
