So were John Kerry, Wesley Clark, Randi Rhodes (Air America kook), and Adam Kokesh (Paulestinian kook). There are bad apples in every group. It doesn’t spoil the whole of the military though.

You might not like these particular vets, but you can’t claim there are no vets on the left. And the founder of Kos is a vet.
