Bad idea. Kid decides to record you, and then he owns you. Threats like those you suggest are illegal. If a recording of your threats of violence is made part of a criminal complaint, he may get all the access to your daughter he wants while you sit in a cell. At bare minimum he could get a restraining order, which in my understanding would keep you from buying any more guns or ammo until it is lifted.
