Sounds excellent. We are firing up the bbq tonight. I came up with a cocktail just last Saturday that may go well with your steak or afterward. Tangerine Dream. Short glass-Ice. Just a small splash of vermouth on the ice. Liberal rum, top off with fresh tangerine juice. Wait for it to really chill.

That sounds excellent. For me though with this, I had a nice ruby port. I have become a big fan of it lately.
