I’m running windows 7 RC though and it’s rejecting games from that era like crazy. I’m not so hopeful if I ever get the full version, though I’m hesitant to downgrade back to my system’s OEM XP because it may not activate the key again.

Ugh, that is a bitch. :( I have Vista and I hate it like poison. My next primary laptop is probably going to be a custom machine that has XP installed, don’t like Vista, and don’t want 7 to kill my fussy art tools and classic games.
