Probably the best character evolution in a set of films you’ll see. I don’t know if I consider Michael a villain though. Certainly not a hero but I don’t see him as a true villain either.

Walter White’s evolution from meek high school science teacher to psychopathic drug lord has been pretty awesome as well.
