So, Carson shops for his kid’s birthday gift on the kid’s birthday? If there is an emergency, no gift? How about his wife took care of everything a week or 2 ahead of time. As for not showing up for the party, he had a legit excuse-he just shouldn’t have phrased it as “your gift is that I did something for someone else.”
