From an admission point of view, it’s idiotic to apply as a foreign student if you don’t have to. You’re vetted more closely, registration fees tend to be higher, and some aids are limited to local students. And, as you mention, you don’t get an asterisk indicating you applied as a foreign student.

That’s not the point: OBAMA IS A FOREIGNER. It is a matter of RWNJ faith that we owe him no allegiance as he is a usurper.
