I think the Murder 2 is a reach, it would be easier to prove manslaughter.

Although, the more I read the more I’m coming to the conclusion that it was Martin who initiated the contact and started the fight. Unless the prosecution has a witness we haven’t heard from that saw Z shove Martin…Zimmerman may walk.

True, I think we should prepare for the possibility that this whole case may get tossed at the pre-trial hearing. I’d prefer, if that happened, the anger be turned towards the state government and towards the SYG law. But I fear that too many will not be able to let go of their anger towards Zimmerman.
