No one has to leave their own country to discover their goodness or the “meaning of life”. Introspection can be performed anywhere. The trick is, you really have to work at developing understanding—it’s not something that can simply be absorbed by adopting another’s philosophy.

Well, no. You’re describing the 99%, yes — the ones I referenced in my email. And it’s not my philosophy either, but Indian religion is fundamentally different from what we have here. If you’re going to adopt it, you save a few thousand years of development by going to the source. (It’s much more than discovering your own goodness or the “meaning of life.”K)
