Used to get that at a neighborhood pizza place in Sussex, NJ. Wonderful stuff. Had a Birch Beer Milkshake in Central PA. GAAAKKK.

I remember one time on Iron Chef, the Secret Ingredient was “TROUT”. One of the chefs made Trout Ice Cream, and it was as horrid as you can imagine. Not everything goes with ice cream.
