The video you posted has the actual WKRP episode playing in a half-size window against a “crinkly” blue background inside the full YT player window and the video is playing slowed down (I assume to stretch out the running time, for whatever reason).

But no forced links to a full HD/full screen version or what not as you warned of in your post.
