I like spy stories like this. So very James Bond. The walls of the break room are pure C-4. The toilet on the third level is the detonator. Leave the seat up, flush twice, put the seat down…you have seventeen seconds to leave the facility after that. Try to remain calm as you exit to avoid suspicion…or maybe just leave the seat up and hope nobody puts it down before you get to the gate.
