Hello all.

This is my first post after lurking for almost a year. Sorry to go ot but I just wanted to say that I quit smoking after 12 years of being a pack a day guy. My doctor gave me some killer meds that killed my craving for nicotine, and I think I can deal with the mental cravings also(tootsie roll pops).
