Check all the dates and toss the old. If it doesn’t have a date, it’s from way back before everybody put dates on their packages.

Your taste buds will thank you.

The current plan is baking stuff all goes (because most of it is really that old) and the rest is either we will eat and it’s in date (keep), we won’t eat and it’s in date (donate), or out of date (trash).

And then I replace as needed on the current quest for healthier cooking (like the meatloaf and marinara sauce).
