In a hurricane, it is not “what” the wind is blowing off your roof. It is “that” the wind is blowing off your roof.

Seriously.

Solar panels can be attached to roofs as securely as the roofs are to the building. Anything that can blow them off will take more than just the SPs.

Saying “they could get blown off in a hurricane” is no objection to their use at all.
