On his Facebook page, which was deactivated at some point on Monday, Ken Stancil listed some of his interests as “White pride,” “Hitler Adolph” and “National Socialist Movement.” He listed among some of his favorite music as Angry Aryans and links to white supremacist websites New Saxon and Stormfront.

Debbie Stancil wouldn’t speculate why her son may have killed Lane, saying only “it’s sad all the way around.”

When asked if she thought the sexual advances her son mentioned in some way excused his actions, Debbie Stancil responded, “I need to stop. I’m feeling sick.”
