In my opinion something has to be done. This AZ bill is better than requiring employers to verify work eligibility. Currently the Feds tell us we must accept 29 different forms of documentation, many only in combination with others, including day care records. Come on! This is total BS! The Feds must get control of the border. If the Feds cannot or will not do it, then the local police are the next best option. They are certainly more qualified than I am.

I don’t think the AZ bill gets employers off the hook at all, does it?
