Does she have the right to make the decision to have an abortion, or does the state get to get involved in that medical decision too?

If completing the pregnancy was going to kill her, and there was no chance the baby would survive, does the state have the right to force a minor to have an abortion to save her life?

I am not going to engage in the hypothetical.

Dealing with a highly curable disease here and a suspicion that the mother has unduly influenced her daughter.

By saying flat out that her daughter will not die, she sounds like some kind of fundamentalist or other nutcase.
