If the GOP can still use Jimmy Carter to bash us, why the hell shouldn’t the GOP be hit with Trump while he’s in office?!?! It’s stupid. They absolutely need to own Trump. I had no problem with Democrats being made to “own” Obama though my problem was that the Democrats in Congress didn’t defend Obama’s agenda enough.
