There’s a scifi story I read a long time ago about a guy who can’t get his insurance company to pay for a claim. He’s a scientist working on high density materials. Eventually he puts in a piece of his material (has the same density as a white dwarf) and mails it back to them in the postage paid envelope.

How did he get it to the mailbox?
